What we collect
Posthauler stores your account email, profile details, connected social account identifiers, OAuth tokens in encrypted form, post content, uploaded media, scheduling choices, and delivery results. Stripe processes billing details; Posthauler does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, connect the social accounts you choose, upload and publish the content you request, operate scheduled jobs, show delivery outcomes, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell personal information or use your post content for advertising.
Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and media storage; Vercel for hosting; Stripe for payments; and Meta and Google for the social integrations you enable. Content is sent to a platform only when you select that destination.
Retention and deletion
Disconnecting a social account deletes its stored credentials from Posthauler. To delete posts, media, or your entire account and associated data, contact support@posthauler.com. Provider-side content remains subject to that provider's controls and retention policy.
Security and contact
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are only available to server-side publishing code. No online service can promise absolute security, but we use access controls, row-level security, encrypted credentials, and HTTPS. Questions and deletion requests: support@posthauler.com.
